Created a Help folder within the COE site on Sharepoint. Added to the folder help documents including zTCodes, Change Requests, Transports and Migrations, and Planview. Planview will be fleshed out as I undergo further training. Notified COE leaders of new folder.
Added a Voyager ID tab to the RICE Master for the purpose of inventorying Voyager IDs and doing future assignments. Assigned new Voyager ID's to the Duty Drawback project.
Attended another session of Planview power user training with Agustin, Ed Bartz, and Dawn Tuttle. Also scheduled a meeting on Monday with Betty Miller to review her use of Planview and Hyperion reporting.
Met with Melvin Kimble and Rick Davidson to discuss direct access to SQL Server from SAP. Melvin had already tested drivers obtained with Informatica (by Data Direct) and they seem to work. He will create a "view" that Rick will use for further testing in Development. If successful, the drivers would be purchased for $2500, which is relatively inexpensive.
